Consumer Financing
Requires. Account Management with View to see the add-on. Account Management with Modify is required to enable or disable it. Provider setup requires Integrations with View, plus Create for new providers or Modify for existing providers.
Consumer Financing helps your team submit finance applications from SecurityTrax. Customer details can pre-fill into the application flow, and approvals or finance options can come back quickly for customer acceptance.

- Sales teams can offer financing without leaving SecurityTrax.
- Application forms can use customer data already entered in SecurityTrax.
- Electronic disclosures keep the process moving without paper handoffs.
Enable Consumer Financing
- Go to Admin → Account Management → Add-ons.
- Find Consumer Financing.
- Click Enable.
- Read the billing confirmation.
- Click Confirm.
Set up financing after enabling
- Go to Admin → Integrations.
- Click Consumer Financing.
- Click New Provider.
- Fill in the provider credentials.
- Click Save.
- Open the provider again and click Test Connection.
- Test with a sample customer before relying on it in production.

The current provider setup page supports Smart Home Pay LOS.

Submit applications from a customer
After setup, users assigned to a group allowed to manage Consumer Financing applications see Financing in the customer's Accounting sub-nav. Users with Company Accounting and Funding View also see Financing in the company Accounting sub-nav when Consumer Financing is enabled and an active Smart Home Pay LOS provider is configured.
- Open a customer record.
- Click Accounting.
- Click Financing.
- Click New Financing Application.
- Review or complete the applicant, address, income, and amount fields.
- Click Submit Application.
The customer page lists existing applications and includes filters for sort order, page size, and created date range. The company Accounting Financing page lists applications across customers and adds filters for location, application status, and provider stage.
Disable Consumer Financing
- Go to Admin → Account Management → Add-ons.
- Find Consumer Financing.
- Click Disable.
- Click Confirm.
Warning. Disabling Consumer Financing stops new application submissions through SecurityTrax. It does not change applications already submitted to a financing provider.
