Equipment Return Reasons

Requires. Administration Page; Equipment Return Reasons with Create, Modify, or Delete for changes.

The reasons available when processing an equipment return or logging spillage. Used for inventory loss reporting — "damaged in transit" vs. "defective unit" vs. "customer refused delivery".

Field Required? Type Validation Notes
Name Yes Text 1–255 chars, unique The reason as shown in the dropdown.
Requires reimbursement No Checkbox When checked, an equipment return against this reason flags the tech for potential reimbursement.
Status Yes Select Active / Inactive
