Dashboard
Requires.
- Enhanced Inventory enabled, and
- Inventory Management / Assignments permission anywhere.
The Dashboard is the landing tab inside Company Inventory. It's an at-a-glance scoreboard for everything still open or in-flight. Each card has a live count and a one-click link into the corresponding queue.
The cards
The cards lay out in a responsive grid (one column on phones, two on tablets, three on larger screens). Each card shows a label, a current count, and an icon — clicking anywhere on the card opens the matching tab pre-filtered to the relevant slice.
| Card | What it counts | Opens |
|---|---|---|
| Open Purchase Orders | POs with status = open. |
Purchase Orders |
| Open Purchase Requisitions | PRs with status open or submitted. Only appears if your company has the PR document type enabled. |
Purchase Requisitions |
| Open Spillage Reports | Spillage reports with status = open — still being added to. |
Spillage |
| Locked Spillage Reports | Spillage reports with status = locked — closed but possibly still requiring action. |
Spillage, pre-filtered to locked. |
| Open RMAs | Return-Merchandise-Authorization records with status = open. |
RMAs |
| Pending Transfers | Transfers that have shipped but haven't been accepted by the receiving party. | Transfers |
A count of 0 means the queue is empty. Cards for enabled document types stay visible so you can still navigate to the tab.
Workflow ideas
- Morning standup. Open this tab, screenshot the cards, paste them into your team chat as a daily snapshot.
- End-of-day triage. If Pending Transfers is climbing, chase down recipients who haven't acknowledged shipments. If Locked Spillage Reports is climbing, reconcile losses with RMAs.
