Order Templates
Requires. Administration Page; Customer Workflows with Create, Modify, or Delete for changes.
Pre-filled equipment-order bundles. An order template is a named set of equipment line items so a tech can order "Standard Residential Kit" in one click instead of adding every sensor and keypad individually. Used when creating purchase requisitions and when attaching equipment to work orders.
In customer workflows and on the customer Home page, users can apply an order template and then add Additional Equipment before saving. The template still controls the default rates and package choices; the additional-equipment rows let the user supplement the package for that one customer without changing the template itself.
