Tabs
Tabs are selected via the URL segment (…/at-risk-entry-settings/{type}). There are four:
| Tab | URL segment | What it's for | Examples |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reasons | reason |
The standardized reasons an account is flagged at risk. A rep picks one when marking a customer at risk, so reasons stay consistent for retention reporting and routing. | Pricing / competitor offer; Service complaint; Moving / relocation |
| Causes | reason_cause |
The underlying cause behind an at-risk reason — the "why" beneath the headline — captured for root-cause and trend analysis. | Missed appointment; False alarm fees; Equipment malfunction |
| Resolutions | resolution |
The outcome used to close out an at-risk case, so saves vs. losses report consistently. | Retained – rate adjusted; Retained – service call; Cancelled – relocated |
| Credit Reasons | credit_reason |
The reason a credit or concession is issued to keep an at-risk customer, standardizing why money was given back. | Goodwill credit; Monitoring waived 1 month; Equipment discount |
Fields
Every tab uses the same form when adding or editing an entry:
| Field | Required? | Type | Validation | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Name | Yes | Text | 1–45 characters | The label shown in the dropdown on the customer At Risk tab. |
| Active | No | Checkbox | — | Defaults to checked. Shown only on entry types that support an inactive state; uncheck to retire an entry without deleting it. |
