Five9 (VoIP Dialer)
Requires. Integrations with View to see the page. Modify to change settings.
Five9 enables click-to-call, screen-pop (automatic customer record display on inbound calls), and automated dialing for leads and at-risk customers.
Prerequisites
- A Five9 account with admin access.
- Five9 domain name(s), username(s), and password(s).
Setup steps
- Navigate to Admin > Integrations > 5Nine.
- In the Domain Management section, add your Five9 domain(s). Each domain needs a name, username, and password from Five9.
- In the Integration Settings, check Enable Five9 and select a Default Domain.
- Set the Default List and Call ASAP behavior.
- Optionally enable Leads Integration to push leads to Five9 for outbound dialing.
- Optionally enable At Risk Integration for retention dialing campaigns.
- Click Save.
Key concepts
Domains
Five9 organizes campaigns by domain. Each domain has its own credentials and settings. Add a domain for each Five9 campaign group you want to connect.
Call ASAP
Controls when contacts are dialed immediately after being added to a list:
- Never — contacts are queued normally.
- Always — contacts are dialed immediately.
- New CRM Only — only contacts new to the CRM are dialed immediately.
- New List Only — only contacts new to this specific list are dialed immediately.

| Domain Name | The Five9 domain name (campaign group). Must match a domain in your Five9 admin portal. |
| Username / Password | Credentials for this Five9 domain. |
| Default List | The default disposition list for calls. Must match a list name in Five9. |
| Call ASAP | When to dial contacts immediately (see above). |
| Leads Enabled | Push leads to Five9 for outbound dialing. |
| All Companies Enabled | Include leads from all sources. Disable to configure individually. |
| At Risk Enabled | Push at-risk customers to Five9 for retention dialing. |
