HubSpot (CRM)

Requires. Integrations with View to see the page. Modify to change settings.

The HubSpot integration enables bidirectional sync of customers and leads between SecurityTrax and HubSpot CRM.

Prerequisites

  • A HubSpot account with admin access.
  • A HubSpot Private App access token (Settings > Integrations > Private Apps).
  • Your Portal ID (Hub ID), shown in the top-right corner of HubSpot.

Setup steps

  1. Navigate to Admin > Integrations > HubSpot.
  2. Check Enabled.
  3. Enter your Portal ID (Hub ID).
  4. Enter your API Key (Private App access token).
  5. Select the Source that HubSpot leads will be associated with.
  6. Optionally enable Show Link to display a link to the matching HubSpot contact on customer/lead records.
  7. Click Save.

Field Description
Enabled Enable or disable the HubSpot sync.
Show Link Show a link to the HubSpot contact on customer and lead records.
Portal ID Your HubSpot Portal ID (Hub ID). Found in the top-right of your HubSpot account.
API Key Your HubSpot Private App access token.
Source The SecurityTrax source that incoming HubSpot leads will be associated with.

Important notes

  • HubSpot has deprecated legacy API keys in favor of Private App access tokens. See HubSpot Private Apps for setup instructions.
  • The sync is bidirectional — changes in SecurityTrax flow to HubSpot and vice versa.
