Appointment Unable to Complete Reasons

The list of reasons available when a technician or sales rep marks an appointment as unable to complete. Consistent reasons make reporting meaningful — you can answer "why are appointments not being completed?" and spot patterns across your team.

Edit form

| Active | No | Checkbox | — | Inactive reasons stay on historical appointments but no longer appear for new ones. |
Filtering the list
Use the filter button to narrow the list by Active status, Type, or Category.
