Appointment Unable to Complete Reasons

Requires. Administration Page; Appointment Unable to Complete Reasons with Create, Modify, or Delete for changes.

The list of reasons available when a technician or sales rep marks an appointment as unable to complete. Consistent reasons make reporting meaningful — you can answer "why are appointments not being completed?" and spot patterns across your team.

  • From Admin → Catalogs, click Appointment Unable to Complete Reasons.

Edit form

Field Required? Type Validation Notes
Name Yes Text 1–100 chars The reason as shown in the dropdown during appointment checkout.
Type Yes Select Sale Schedule / Tech Schedule Determines which appointment type this reason appears on.
Category Yes Select Dry Run / Incomplete Groups the reason for reporting. Dry Run means the tech arrived but could not proceed; Incomplete means the work was started but not finished.
Active No Checkbox Inactive reasons stay on historical appointments but no longer appear for new ones.

Filtering the list

Use the filter button to narrow the list by Active status, Type, or Category.
