Task Templates
Requires. Administration Page; Customer Workflows with Create, Modify, or Delete for changes.
Individual tasks used to build Work Order Templates. Each task represents one thing a tech has to do or confirm — "mount panel", "test motion sensor", "obtain customer signature on install sheet". Keep tasks atomic so they can be combined flexibly into many templates.
