Payment Processing (NMI)

Requires. Integrations with View to see the page. Modify to change settings.

SecurityTrax uses NMI (Network Merchants) to process credit card and ACH (bank account) payments. Once configured, your team can collect payments directly from customer records.

Prerequisites

  • A merchant account through your payment processor (contact your SecurityTrax account representative if you don't have one).
  • NMI gateway username and password from your payment processor.

Setup steps

  1. Navigate to Admin > Integrations > Processing Gateway.
  2. Enter your NMI Username and Password.
  3. Check Credit Card Processing Enabled and/or ACH Processing Enabled depending on which payment methods you accept.
  4. Click Save.

Field reference

Field Description
Credit Card Processing Enabled Enable to accept credit card payments.
ACH Processing Enabled Enable to accept ACH (bank account) payments.
Username Your NMI gateway username from your payment processor.
Password Your NMI gateway password. Leave blank to keep the currently saved password.
Disable Duplicate Transaction Check When checked, the gateway will not reject transactions that appear to be duplicates. Leave unchecked unless you are experiencing false duplicate rejections.

Troubleshooting

  • "Invalid credentials" on save — Double-check the username and password with your payment processor. Credentials are case-sensitive.
  • Payments fail with "duplicate transaction" — If legitimate transactions are being rejected, enable Disable Duplicate Transaction Check temporarily while you investigate.
  • Gateway not appearing — Contact SecurityTrax support to confirm the gateway is enabled for your company.
