Customer Cancel Reasons

Requires. Administration Page; Cancelation Reasons - Full Control for changes.

The list of reasons available when cancelling a customer. Consistent reasons make cancellation reporting meaningful — you can answer "why are we losing customers?" only if everyone picks from the same list.

  • From Admin → Catalogs, click Customer Cancel Reasons.

Edit form

Field Required? Type Validation Notes
Name Yes Text 1–255 chars, unique The reason as it appears in the cancellation dropdown.
Category Optional Select One of: Involuntary, Voluntary, Other Rolls up for reporting.
Status Yes Select Active / Inactive Inactive reasons stay on historical records but don't appear on new cancellations.
