Lead Dispositions

Requires. Administration Page; Lead Dispositions with Create, Modify, or Delete for changes.

The catalog of outcomes your sales team picks from after contacting a lead. Consistent dispositions are what make lead-conversion reporting useful — you can track "how many leads become customers after 3+ touches" only if every rep tags touches the same way.

  • From Admin → Catalogs, click Lead Dispositions.
  • Or go directly to https://portal.securitytrax.com/acme/admin/cms/lead-dispositions.

The list and sort order

The list shows dispositions in the order they appear in the dropdown. Click Sort (admin.cms.lead-dispositions.sort) to drag-and-drop reorder — most common dispositions at the top saves reps a click every time.

Edit form

Field Required? Type Validation Notes
Name Yes Text 1–255 chars, unique The disposition label.
Category Optional Select Contact attempt / Qualification / Close / Dead Used for funnel reporting.
Default callback offset (days) Optional Number ≥ 0 When chosen, pre-sets the callback date this many days out.
Closes lead No Checkbox Whether choosing this disposition marks the lead as closed (no further routing).
Status Yes Select Active / Inactive
