Operations Plus

Requires. Account Management with View to see Operations Plus. Account Management with Modify to enable or disable it.

Operations Plus is the optional add-on on current SecurityTrax plans. Turning it on unlocks a bundle of advanced operational features for your whole company. It's billed at $5 per active user per month, prorated for the days it's enabled during the month.

On current plans, everything else in SecurityTrax is part of the standard product — Operations Plus is the one add-on you choose to turn on or off. Older pricing plans instead manage classic per-feature add-ons (Message+, Invoice+, Payable+, and others) individually on the same Subscription page — see Account Management for the list.

What's included

Enabling Operations Plus turns on all of the following at once:

Feature What it unlocks
Enhanced inventory Advanced inventory workflows — purchase requests, purchase orders, replenishment rules, equipment templates, and vendor-backed ordering.
Enhanced payables Advanced payable calculations — lookup tables, field-based amounts, arithmetic expressions, row-specific generation filters, and automatic generation tied to customer events.
QuickBooks Online sync Two-way accounting sync that sends eligible customers, invoices, payments, credit memos, and refund receipts to QuickBooks Online.
Advanced API access API access for connected operations beyond basic customer and lead creation. Advanced API usage meters through SecurityTrax Tokens.
Single sign-on (SSO) Centralized sign-on for stronger identity and access management.

Note. SSO is part of Operations Plus but is set up manually by SecurityTrax support. After you enable Operations Plus, contact support to configure single sign-on for your team.

Enable or disable Operations Plus

  1. Go to Admin → Account Management → Subscription.
  2. Find the Operations Plus card.
  3. Click Enable (or Disable if it's already on).
  4. Read the confirmation, which explains the per-user billing and what turns on or off.
  5. Click Confirm.

Enabling turns on enhanced inventory, enhanced payables, the QuickBooks Online sync, and advanced API access immediately, and adds the $5-per-active-user charge to your next SecurityTrax invoice (prorated for the days it's enabled this month).

Warning. Disabling Operations Plus turns off enhanced inventory, enhanced payables, the QuickBooks Online sync, and advanced API access. Existing records — inventory, payable rules, and data already synced to QuickBooks Online — are not deleted, but new advanced workflows and sync activity stop until you re-enable it. If your team relies on the QuickBooks sync or automatic payables, review the impact before disabling.

Set up each feature after enabling

Once Operations Plus is on, configure the parts your team uses:

  • Inventory — go to Admin → Equipment & Inventory to manage your catalog, equipment templates, and vendors, then use Company Inventory for purchase orders, requisitions, and replenishment.
  • Payables — users with Payroll access configure roles, functions, levels, lookup tables, and automatic generation events from Admin → Payroll.
  • QuickBooks — go to Admin → Integrations → QuickBooks to connect your QuickBooks Online company and review the sync ledger.
  • SSO — contact SecurityTrax support to set up single sign-on.
