Other Permissions

This page covers several smaller permission categories that do not warrant individual pages: Schedulers, Tickets, Work Orders, and SecurityTrax Intelligence.

Note. In the permission editor, Schedulers and SecurityTrax Intelligence are their own sections, while Tickets and Work Orders appear under the Company Wide Pages section (alongside Accounting). The Tickets Page and Work Orders Page permissions only open those consolidated pages — the records shown are still gated by the per-customer permissions in the Customers section.

Schedulers

Scheduler permissions control who can schedule and manage appointments — both on the standalone scheduler pages (the calendar) and directly on a customer or lead record. The same permission governs both places: the Tech Scheduler permission, for example, controls tech appointments on the scheduler page and the ones created from a customer's record. There is no separate customer-level scheduling permission.

Permission Access Levels What It Controls
Sales Scheduler View, Create, Modify, Delete Schedule and manage sales appointments — on the sales scheduler page and on customer and lead records.
Tech Scheduler View, Create, Modify, Delete Schedule and manage technician appointments — on the tech scheduler (calendar) and on customer records.
Tech Scheduler - Leads Yes Read-only access to view tech appointments on lead records. View-only — does not grant create, modify, or delete.

Tickets

Permission Access Levels What It Controls
Tickets Page View, Create, Modify, Delete Access to the standalone tickets page. This is the gateway for working with tickets outside of individual customer records.

Work Orders

Permission Access Levels What It Controls
Work Orders Page View, Create, Modify, Delete Access to the standalone work orders page. This is the gateway for working with work orders outside of individual customer records.

SecurityTrax Intelligence

SecurityTrax Intelligence permissions control access to AI-powered features. Each permission also requires a corresponding company-level setting to be enabled -- the permission alone is not sufficient if the company has not activated the feature.

Permission Access Levels What It Controls
Assistant Yes Access to the free-form AI chat assistant for asking questions and getting help.
Assists Yes Access to quick AI assists -- contextual AI actions available on records (e.g., summarizing notes).
Automations Yes Access to AI-powered background automations that run automatically on records.

Tips

  • Scheduler permissions apply wherever appointments are scheduled. The same permission gates the standalone scheduler page and the scheduling actions on a customer or lead record — there is no separate customer-level scheduling permission. (Tech Scheduler is checked at the customer's location; Sales Scheduler applies company-wide.)
  • Tech Scheduler - Leads is read-only. It allows viewing lead appointments on the tech scheduler but does not permit modifications. For full lead scheduling, use the Sales Scheduler or lead-level permissions.
  • Tickets Page and Work Orders Page are gateways to the standalone list pages. Users can still interact with tickets and work orders on individual customer records through customer-level permissions without needing these.
  • SecurityTrax Intelligence permissions have a dual requirement: the user must hold the permission AND the company must have the corresponding feature enabled in company settings. If either is missing, the feature is not available.
