Accounting Permissions
The Accounting category controls access to company-level financial modules. These are separate from the customer-level financial permissions found in the Customers category -- Accounting permissions govern the dedicated accounting pages and workflows. All permissions in this category are Yes-only toggles.
The Company Accounting permission is the gateway to the accounting area.
Note. In the permission editor, these permissions appear under the Company Wide Pages section (with Tickets and Work Orders). They only open the consolidated accounting pages — the records shown there are still gated by the customer-level permissions in the Customers section.

Tips
- Company Accounting is the gateway. Without it, the other accounting permissions have no effect.
- These permissions are separate from customer-level financial permissions. A user can have access to view invoices on a customer record (via the Customers category) without having access to the company-wide Receivables module, and vice versa.
- The Receivables permission covers the full receivables lifecycle: invoices, payments, credit memos, refunds, aging, and statements.
- Consumer Financing access here controls the company-level administration of financing. Customer-level financing interactions are governed by customer permissions.
