QuickBooks Ledger
Requires.
- Company Accounting with View
- Third Party Ledger with View
The page only appears when your company's QuickBooks Online integration is enabled.
The QuickBooks Ledger is the send log for your QuickBooks Online integration. Every record SecurityTrax queues for QuickBooks — invoices (including credit memos and refund receipts), customer payments, applied credits, customers, and invoice billable items — gets a row here showing whether it has been sent, is still waiting, failed, or was ignored. Use it to confirm your books are syncing and to chase down individual records that didn't make it across.
Getting here
- From any Accounting page, click QuickBooks Ledger in the sub-nav.
- Or navigate directly to
https://portal.securitytrax.com/{your-company}/accounting/quickbooks-ledger.
The tab is hidden if the QuickBooks integration isn't enabled for your company.

Non-obvious behaviors
- Rows are queue entries, not accounting records. Deleting or editing a record in SecurityTrax updates its queue entry; the ledger reflects sync state, not balances.
- Failed rows keep their error text. The Error column shows the processor/QuickBooks message from the last attempt, truncated with the full text on hover.
- The same log also appears in the QuickBooks integration settings under Administration, where integration managers can additionally trigger a send.
