All At-Risks
Requires. All At-Risks Page with View on at least one location. Without it, this page returns a 403 and the All At-Risks entry is hidden from the navigation. Editing an entry from this page additionally requires At Risk with Modify on the customer's location.
The All At-Risks page is the company-wide retention queue — every at-risk entry across every customer, filterable by status, assignee, date range, and more. Use it to triage open entries, track follow-ups, and spot customers who haven't been contacted recently.
For the per-customer at-risk log (creating new entries, adding contact notes, viewing history for a single customer), see At Risk.
Getting here
- Open the navigation flyout (the ··· or More menu) and click All At-Risks.
- Or navigate directly to
https://portal.securitytrax.com/{your-company}/all-at-risks.
You only see at-risk entries for customers at locations where you have the At Risk — View permission. Entries from locations you cannot access are filtered out automatically.
The list
Each row is one at-risk entry. Columns:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| ID | The at-risk record ID. Click to open the full edit page for that entry. |
| Status | Open (red), Resolved (amber), or Closed (green). |
| Customer | The customer's name. Click to go to their customer record. If you do not have permission to view the customer, the name appears without a link. |
| Reason | The at-risk reason from the At-Risk Entry Settings catalog. |
| Created | The date the entry was created. |
| Assigned To | The user currently responsible for working the entry. |
| Last Contact Attempt | The date and time of the most recent contact note added to this entry. Blank if no contact notes exist yet. |
The list is paginated (10, 25, or 50 per page) and sortable by ID, Status, Created date, or Assigned To using the filter flyout.

Editing an entry
Click the pencil icon on any row to open an inline edit panel for that entry. The panel shows all fields for the at-risk record — reason, cause, description, follow-up date, assignee, and resolution details — and updates the list when you save.
Note. The pencil icon only appears for entries at locations where you have At Risk — Modify permission. If the icon is missing, you can still view the entry by clicking its ID.
To view the full entry page (including the complete contact history), click the entry's ID badge instead of the pencil.
